Safer Pharmacy Inc. does not sell, rent, or trade patient PHI. We do not disclose PHI to third-party marketing companies for their independent marketing purposes without patient authorization where required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
9. Marketing Communications
We may send non-sensitive service communications, refill reminders, account updates, or pharmacy-related notices. You may opt out of marketing communications where applicable. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending important pharmacy, prescription, payment, safety, legal, or account-related notices.
We will obtain patient authorization before using or disclosing PHI for marketing purposes when required by law.
10. Text Messages, Email, and Electronic Communications
Safer Pharmacy Inc. may communicate with patients by phone, email, SMS/text message, portal message, or other electronic methods. These communications may include pharmacy updates, refill reminders, service notices, or account-related information.
Electronic communications may carry privacy risks. Patients who provide a phone number or email address consent to being contacted using that information for pharmacy-related purposes, unless they opt out where permitted. We take reasonable steps to limit sensitive information in routine communications.
11. Data Security
Safer Pharmacy Inc. uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and PHI from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
These safeguards may include:

Requests for deletion will be reviewed and honored where legally permitted. Some records cannot be deleted if retention is required by pharmacy, healthcare, tax, legal, or regulatory requirements.
